Abid Syed
Abid Syed serves as the Founder and President of Darul Infaq Foundation USA. His professional career spans nearly five decades across India, Canada, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. After immigrating to the U.S., he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, and later served as a Visiting Professor at DeVry University for 15 years.
Following a successful 23-year career with AT&T, where he retired in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager, he chose to dedicate his retirement to serve humanity. What began as a small effort to provide monthly groceries to a few underprivileged families grew into Darul Infaq Foundation USA, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Today, Darul Infaq supports vulnerable individuals and families through food assistance, educational support, healthcare assistance, self-reliance initiatives, and emergency relief programs. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its humanitarian impact across multiple countries while maintaining a strong commitment to transparency, compassion, and responsible stewardship.
He works closely with Rahat Kadri, Founder of Darul Infaq Foundation Canada, and Syeda Seema Fatima, Founder of Darul Infaq Foundation India. While these are independent organizations operating in their respective countries, they collaborate closely in advancing a shared humanitarian mission to serve vulnerable communities with dignity, compassion, and hope.

Rahat Kadri
Rahat Kadri is the Founder of Darul Infaq Foundation Canada and a highly regarded real estate professional recognized for her steadfast commitment to community service and humanitarian initiatives. Guided by a longstanding dedication to supporting others, she has devoted significant time, expertise, and resources to advancing programs that benefit vulnerable individuals and families.
In response to the increasing need for structured and effective charitable outreach, she founded Darul Infaq Foundation Canada to support humanitarian efforts in the areas of food assistance, education, healthcare, and emergency relief. Under her leadership, the organization has emerged as a valued partner in furthering Darul Infaq’s mission to serve underprivileged communities with compassion, dignity, and integrity.
Rahat is actively engaged in donor relations, public awareness initiatives, and the responsible stewardship of charitable contributions, ensuring that resources are directed to those most in need. Her professionalism, dedication, and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in strengthening and expanding the organization’s impact while promoting the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and service.

Syeda Seema Fatima
Syeda Seema Fatima serves as the Founder of Darul Infaq Foundation India. A dedicated humanitarian and community advocate, she began her journey as a homemaker with a deep passion for serving those in need. For many years, she has worked tirelessly to support underprivileged families in Hyderabad by addressing their basic needs and empowering them to achieve self-reliance.
In recognition of her outstanding humanitarian efforts, she was honored by the Global Human Rights Trust (GHRT), India for her service to the community. Her work extends beyond immediate relief and includes supporting orphanages, assisting individuals in establishing sustainable livelihoods, and overseeing the monthly distribution of essential groceries to approximately 200 underprivileged households on a recurring basis.
Through her compassion, dedication, and hands-on leadership, Syeda Seema Fatima continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of countless families, bringing hope, dignity, and opportunity to those most in need.
